BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes use, made accessible for the
general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and invest in each member’s journey.
We're looking for coaches who want to be part of something bigger than just coaching classes.  Those who are excited to build community, show up for events, and represent the BFT brand both inside and outside the studio.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get in with our team and help share the BFT brand,
community and experience to all people, everywhere.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Exhibit and satisfy all duties & responsibilities that exist for a BFT coach
• Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 members
• Energize and motivate members throughout class
• Build BFT class attendance and retain current member base
• Teach proper technique to ensure members have a safe and positive experience
• Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Set up and/or breakdown session equipment
• Explain session intention and flow for prospects and new members
• Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
• Actively participate in studio events, community activations, and pop-ups to support member engagement and brand growth.

Qualifications:

• Exhibit and satisfy all requirements that exist for a BFT coach
• Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification
• Coaching experience preferred
• Love of boutique fitness is a plus – passion for strength training is a MUST
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
• Passion for having fun daily and making every member excited to train with BFT
• Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
